Creation of the Smart Incubator for the Ile de France Regional Council
Context and need
- Creation in March 2020 by the Conseil Régional d'Ile de France of a new public services incubator: Le Smart Incubateur
- The ambition: to think and create tomorrow's new public services for Ile de France residents
- The need: to explore future public services and support their implementation
- The mission: the Smart Incubator's mission is to meet the needs of Ile de France residents, through intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship projects.
Actions
Support for an intrapreneurial project: Ma Région & Moi (My Region & Me) to enable Lycée staff to improve HR management and reduce the digital divide.
- Coaching of the intrapreneur and project management
- Definition of the value proposition
- Design and organization of user interviews
- Design of UI/UX models
- Implementation of user tests
- Definition and deployment of the communication plan
- Monitoring of performance indicators
Results
- Tablets made available to 8,100 staff at Ile-de-France high schools
- More than 3,000 active users of the Ma Région & Moi application
