Evaluating projects with innovative impact: helping a public player to evaluate candidates for a call for tenders
Context and need
The SOLIDEO wished to be assisted in the preparation of public invitations to tender aimed at selecting innovative solutions with a view to their design and deployment in the public spaces of the Athletes' Village. These calls for tender concerned 4 subjects: air quality, urban heat islands, inclusive furniture and intelligent masts.
Actions
Assist in the evaluation of project leaders on 2 dimensions: innovative aspects and costs
Results
- Iterations by candidates on their bids to incorporate all SOLIDEO's expectations (degree of innovation, urban integration, durability in the legacy phase, etc.)
- Selection of 9 innovative French solutions for on-site deployment.
