In this context, AFD wants to accompany and fund the experimentation in Morocco of the state startups method initiated in France in 2013 in order to improve the quality of public services The ADD thus wishes to federate all stakeholders in the ecosystem to accelerate the deployment of support devices for entrepreneurs-functionaries.
