- Company created in December 2018, following a development via the Leonard incubation and acceleration programme (VINCI)
- Objective: finding €1.9m to finance its commercial development
- Challenge: reconcile the investment thesis of corporates with the investment needs of startups


Approach and methodology
- Definition of the growth strategy with the entrepreneur
- Definition of the strategic and financial objectives of the fundraising

- Design of the BP and the investor pitch
- Shortlist of relevant VCs and corporates for this round
- Organisation of the roadshow to present the dossier


Results
- Success with external VCs
- The corporate pre-empted the round and carried out a €900k capital increase (after tax integration) to cover its financing needs
