Creation of the Smart Incubator for the Ile de France Regional Council
Context and need
- Creation in March 2020 by the Ile de France Regional Council of a new public services incubator: The Smart Incubator
- The ambition: to think and create the new public services of tomorrow for the people of Ile-de-France
- The need: explore future public services and support their implementation
- The mission: the Smart Incubator's mission is to respond to the needs of the people of Paris through intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship projects
Approach and methodology
- Animation of several working groups on the themes of future public services related to: mobility / education / health / digital inclusiveness
Actions
Coaching of an intrapreneur project:
- Ma Région & Moi to allow high school agents to improve the management of HR issues and reduce the digital divide.
- Coaching of the intrapreneur and project management
- Definition of the value proposition
- Design and organization of user interviews
- Design of UI/UX mock-ups Implementation of user tests
- Definition and deployment of the communication plan
- Monitoring of performance indicators
Results
- Tablets made available to 8,100 employees of Ile-de-France high schools
- More than 3,000 active users on the Ma Région & Moi application
