Context and need
OCP has carefully thought about its innovation platform and the articulation of the various components that will make up this platform: Central steering body, R&D, Ecosystems, Financing, Industrial Assets, Training... and the Venture Builder, whose role is to incubate and accelerate innovative projects
Approach and methodology
Preliminary framing of the vehicle's key principles then support to the first projects and parallel iterations on the operational model
