Training of a project leader in key entrepreneurship concepts
Context and need
- Within the framework of the State Startup mission, INSKIP helped a project leader launch Diramino, the first Moroccan platform to help develop financial skills for young Moroccans
- Before even thinking about the business, the first step was to train the project leader in the basics of entrepreneurship
Approach and methodology
- Via a 100% hands-on approach, we were able to provide theory and method very quickly to the project leader
Actions
- Introduction to all the following concepts: iteration, lean design, MVP, customer discovery etc.
Results
- A successful project launch: in 6 months, Diramino has trained several thousand young Moroccans and has built a strong community of young people around financial issues
