Dijon Metropole has already put in place an economic development strategy that is bearing fruit in terms of attractiveness, and is asking INSKIP to structure an innovation support strategy and adapted tools, in addition to the existing pathways and mechanisms, in order to better respond to the expectations of start-ups and SMEs/SMIs undergoing strong development in its territory

Analysis of the ecosystem and the needs of future innovation support "clients"
Illustration of the realm of possibilities based on other successful ecosystems
Definition of a positioning and a relevant strategy, translated into concrete short and medium term actions

Large interview campaign (+50 actors): Startups, SMEs and ETIs, large groups, support structures
Quantitative online study
Diagnosis of needs by sector and by brick of the innovation pathway
Benchmark of best-in-class systems and methods in similar contexts and cities, and analysis of key success factors
Construction, costing and prioritisation of scenarios that are consistent with the needs expressed, complementary with existing systems, and anchored in the day-to-day reality of innovation players
