Context and need
We have designed an intrapreneurship program for Leonard:Paris
The program consists of 4 months of coaching to prepare intrapreneurs for the internal investment committee
Our mission:
- To transform ideas into business by coaching intrapreneurs
- At the same time, to help them develop their skills, and create cross-functional synergies with the group's relevant entities.
Actions
- 1 Entrepreneur-in-Residence per project, who supports the project and coaches the entrepreneur
- 1 Program Manager to oversee
- Implementation of a fertile ecosystem: mentors, experts, sponsors
Results
- 15 projects financed and accelerated
- 8 projects financed and integrated into BUs
- 20 projects in Feedback praised
- 7 intrapreneurs promoted internally
