Context and need
The EDF Group through its subsidiary EDF Pulse has entrusted INSKIP with the creation of a project acceleration program on the theme of Climate Resilience. The ambition is to accompany the establishment of active BtoB offers in the very short term.
Actions
- Defining program contours around Climate Resilience Accompanying entrepreneurial teams with a very hands-on approach
- Accompaniing Pulse Studio teams in the animation of the Pulse Studios community
Results
- The establishment of an exploratory phase through group work on the definition of the program strategy
- Workshop resulting in the development of 3 uses case
- Deepening of these uses case and presentation in the investment committee
